Become A Realtor

Pennsylvania Real Estate agents must be licensed. Individuals wishing to become licensed must complete two required courses, be at least eighteen years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The courses, Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice, can be taken in any order.

After completing both courses, you may sit for the State Licensing Exam. Once you have successfully passed the exam, you will need to place your license with a real estate broker. At that time, you’ll complete the appropriate application with said broker and will also need to perform a criminal background check.

In addition to the State Licensing Exam, new Lebanon County Association of REALTORS® applicants must attend an orientation session provided by the Association within 6 months of your membership application. Please visit our Become a Member page or email exec@wearelcar.com to register for an upcoming session.
