Communications
(Meets 1st Monday of the month at 11:30 am) Responsible for engaging membership through various communication avenues (website, email, social media, etc,). Responsible for maintaining the integrity of communication to the membership.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
(Meeting time TBD) Promotes equal opportunity, fair housing and cultural diversity within the Central Pennsylvania real estate industry and encourages an association culture that celebrates our differences.

Habitat Auction
(Meets 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10 am) Fundraising specifically for Lebanon/Lancaster Habitat for Humanity through a benefit auction with live and silent auctions along with raffle items and events, dinner and entertainment.

Legislative/RPAC
(Meets about 6 times a year depending on election cycles) Educates members as to the importance of local and national politics, monitors the activities of elected and appointed officials regarding issues affecting real estate, supports legislative candidates, and provides an information system for the membership and the public. Encourages the voluntary participation of the Association Members in supporting the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Political Action Committee and organizes an RPAC Campaign. Education
(Meets 1st Wednesday of Month at 9:30 am) Responsible for conducting the new member orientation classes, educational programs, continuing education courses and administering the Realtor continuing education scholarship. Conducts a 50/50 raffle at luncheon meetings and events to support the Mary A. Rakow Scholarship Programs.

Professional Standards
*Training/ approval required* Conducts all arbitration and ethics hearings in accordance with policies and procedures of the National Association of Realtors. Receive & review complaints from the public and fellow members.
Program/Membership
(Meets 3rd Thursday of Month at 10 am) Responsible for reviewing all applications for Association Membership and developing information for the benefit of members and non-members that will stress the value of Association membership. Coordinates the monthly luncheon meetings of the Association and arranges for speakers and programs.

Public Relations
(Meets 1st Tuesday of every other month at 9:30 am) Promotes the Realtor image, association projects, and community relationships. The Committee also coordinates and plans advertising and projects in which the Association members help raise funds for community betterment and administer the Realtor scholarship awards for high school seniors.
